Black and white image of a metal head cage with a plaited metal collar attached by a metal chain, ring and manacle. The plaited collar includes two plaited spikes, the left with the end pointing up and the right pointing down. Inside the cage hair is tightly styled into small cones or "chiney bumps" covering what would be the head. Each cone is tied off with a small bow.
